Our client, a dynamic organization in the talent acquisition industry, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Recruiter Location: Los Angeles, CA Pay Range: $33.97hr Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Partner with hiring managers to identify and implement effective recruiting strategies Screen applications, conduct pre-screening, and select qualified candidates Schedule and oversee interviews, ensuring a smooth process for all stakeholders Extend employment offers and negotiate terms with candidates Utilize traditional and innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience At least two years of recruiting experience with knowledge of ATS systems Experience with candidate sourcing solutions and online recruitment tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of employment laws and legislation What's in it for me?
