Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee the clinical rehabilitation operations of multiple facilities within a geographic market. You will drive financial, employee relations, customer service, and clinical outcomes under the supervision of the Regional VP. Major duties include staffing, patient care quality, audits, and implementing plans of action to address deficiencies.
