Overview Fox Pest Control has an urgent need for a full-time Branch Operations Manager . We are seeking responsible customer service \" ALL-STARS \" who want to lead & train others as well as have an important role in supporting business operations. As a Branch Office Manager, you will be managing a team while coordinating operation efforts with our servicing technicians. What we offer Positive and Empowering Workplace Culture Flexible Work Schedule Base salary of $50,000 to $55,000 annually depending on experience Eligibilityfor quarterly and yearly bonus depending on several KPI's Competitive Health Insurance including Medical, Dental, and Vision for full-time employees 401k with a generous company match PTO after just 30 days for Full-time individuals Paid holidays Paid Sick leave and Bereavement for FT/PT employees Employee Stock Purchase Plan Strong potential and room for growth with an Individualized Leadership Plan for every team member Paid hands-on training opportunities Referral bonuses Responsibilities A day in the Life of a Branch Operations Manager Supporting one or more of our 30+ regional branches Manage 3-5 dispatchers Coordinate the schedules, services, and operations of our Pest Service Technicians Professionally interact with customers; both internal and external Problem-solving and conflict resolution when dealing with our customers Assist in the scheduling, billing, data entry, phone work, and various other duties as assigned Qualifications What is needed to be successful?
