A growing organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join its high-volume AP team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment and have experience working within large ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of invoices within an established AP workflow.
  
• Perform accurate 2-way and 3-way match processing.
  
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  
• Work within a large ERP environment, preferably SAP.
  
• Support invoice processing and exception management while meeting productivity goals.
  

What We're Looking For

AP processing experience in a high-volume environment
Experience with large ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred)
Understanding of 2-way match and 3-way match processes
Knowledge of GR/IR (Goods Received / Invoice Received) concepts
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production metrics
Must reside in the Greater Houston area

Performance Expectations

This team measures success through processing volume and efficiency:

• Solid performers average 4,000-4,500 monthly touches
  
• Top performers achieve 8,000-9,000 monthly touches
