Administrative Assistant- Bilingual Mandarin Requirements Bachelor’s degree in related fields At least 1-2 years in Admin related roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Mandarin speaker; reading & writing is a plus Admin Duties Perform front desk duties, including greeting and directing visitors, and managing incoming calls. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Manage, track, purchase, and keep inventory of office supplies, including but not limited to stationery, cleaning supplies, toiletries, coffee & tea etc. Coordinate for building repairs/maintenance. Process payments for facility bills and departmental supply requests. Issue internal purchase order per AE statement for regular office facilities bills. Product item set ups. Update company phone list. Help recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. Under supervision handle employee relations, such as complaints, health insurance, badge access etc. Maintain employee record and compliance with employment regulations. Company event planning. Employee birthday greeting and gift card.
