Job Description As a Security Officer Alert Patrol in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.66 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Thur 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a fast‑paced technology location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and report policy violations or maintenance concerns to the appropriate site contact. Support day‑to‑day operations by maintaining an active presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing required reports related to security‑related activities and incidents. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
