Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience working in school settings, particularly with high school-aged students, is highly desirable
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy to high school students, targeting speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and maintain IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and allied professionals to promote student success
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create evidence-based treatment plans
• Monitor, document, and communicate student progress effectively
• Provide support, education, and resources to teachers and caregivers
