Insurance Operations Specialist

Lead Advisor is a wealth management recruiting and consulting firm. This role is for one of our clients in Fairfield County. Insurance Operations Associate | Client Service Associate The role is on‑site at least four days per week. Our client, an award‑winning wealth management and financial planning practice in Westport, is hiring an Insurance Operations Associate to help the team run an efficient practice. The right candidate should have strong attention to detail, possess exceptional organizational skills, and be able to create a first‑class client experience. Financial services experience is preferred. Responsibilities Own the Risk Management New Client Onboarding Process Creating illustrations Process insurance applications Guide clients through the underwriting process Communicate with clients with process updates and action items Process client service requests (e.g., address changes, beneficiary changes, etc.) Serve as a liaison between the clients and the issuing companies Schedule medical exams and Attending Physician’s Statements for clients Update client files in the CRM system and own status update reports Assist with various projects Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required Life and Health Insurance license (or must obtain it within the first 120 days) Compensation will depend on experience: estimate range: $30–$40 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lead Advisor
