What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion Answer phones while managing a busy multi-doctor appointment schedule Schedule appointments efficiently and help maintain smooth daily operations Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient records Educate clients about preventive care, hospital services, and recommended next steps Process invoices, collect payments, and review treatment estimates Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow team members Help create a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring Previous veterinary reception or customer service experience preferred Confidence handling high call volume and competing priorities Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Compassion and professionalism, especially during emotional situations The ability to explain hospital policies, services, and recommendations clearly Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail A positive attitude and collaborative mindset The ability to prioritize urgent scheduling needs appropriately A genuine passion for helping people and their pets
