Material Handler/Forklift OperatorRugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets.Position: We are growing and seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Operator. The Material Handler is responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, unloading, and storing material, as well as picking and loading products for our customer orders.What's in it for you:Pay: $18-$23/hr.Shift Times: 6:30am – 3:00pmCompetitive Medical – Dental – VisionCorporate Wellness & Appreciation Programs401(k) Traditional & Roth with MatchPaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysLife Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term DisabilityGreat TEAM environmentYour Day-to-Day: To crush it in our warehouse, you'll need to:Offload trucks with materials from our vendor and load trucks with product to ship to our customers.Operate a forklift; forklift operator experience and certification are a plus!Take ownership for maintaining inventory counts with your work area.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Ensure that material loaded for delivery matches customer orders.Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policiesLift extremely heavy, awkward products (up to 50-100 pounds with a helper) repeatedly to store and load onto a truck.Should You Apply?
