Receptionist - Part Time - Temp to Hire

RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is currently teaming with a growing, stable, and nationally recognized building systems expert to assist them in hiring a Receptionist i n undefined, undefined. This role serves as the first point of contact for office visitors and inbound calls. The Reception & Office Support Specialist provides front-desk coverage, customer service, administrative support, and office coordination to ensure smooth daily operations. This is a temp to hire part time role with the following hours: Mon/Wed/Thur/Fri - 8am-1pm and Tues - 11am-4pm. Responsibilities Greet, check in, and attend to office visitors; document visitor information and issue ID badges in alignment with security protocols. Receive, screen, and relay inbound phone calls and messages from internal and external sources. Respond to routine questions and inquiries professionally and efficiently. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail and shipments. Maintain office supply inventory, including preparing and processing purchase orders and distributing supplies. Provide clerical support such as copying documents, data entry, and general administrative duties. Perform routine maintenance on office equipment and ensure shared office resources remain functional. Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements as needed. Perform additional administrative assignments as requested. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1 year of related experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly and professionally. Customer-service oriented with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to operate office equipment including scanners, copiers, and multi-line phone systems. Works under direct supervision with the ability to use initiative and basic knowledge of skills, methods, and practices. Able to choose appropriate alternatives within pre-defined policies and procedures to complete routine work involving standard problems and decisions.
