Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our world class spa- a receptionist who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!


What are we looking for?

• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests

• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience

• A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success

What would you bring to the table?

• 1+ years of service industry experience and spa coordination, preferably in a high end or luxury spa environment

• Flexible schedule- availability to work weekends and holidays

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

What would your job responsibilities be?

• Create a welcoming, memorable spa experience by building genuine connections with guests from the moment they walk in the door.

• Deliver exceptional hospitality with professionalism, confidence, and a solution-oriented mindset, especially when it comes to accommodating special requests.

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistency in scheduling and the spa booking system to ensure maximum sales potential and guest/employee satisfaction.

• Support and collaborate with the spa team to achieve shared success.

• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and assist Spa Therapists and Attendants as needed.
