That's why your compensation and benefits package has been designed to support you personally and professionally: Earning Potential (Salary + Productivity Bonus): $108,000 - $135,000. Plus earn up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with our second bonus – that’s right, TWO bonuses to increase your earning potential! Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when it’s clinically effective for the client and BT. CEU Stipend: $2,000 annually to support your continued professional development. Your Role and Impact As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. What you’ll love about this role: Achievable Targets: You’ll average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload. • ABA Caseload Bonus: Earn additional monthly bonus opportunities based on ABA direct service hours billed and converted within your POD, with bonus potential up to 10% of monthly base salary.

Administrative Support: Focus on what you do best—clinical care—while our dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, leaving you with more time to focus on your work and patients. Qualifications and Requirements Master’s degree in human services or related field. Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
