Responsibilities Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance Lead and inspire a team of 8‑15 employees across all shifts Be the go‑to person for coverage; typically work days but available for any shift including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays Perform all duties of store employees including running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps Coach team members to deliver excellent service and actively upsell promotions and key items Recruit, hire, and train new team members, focusing on growth, accountability, and teamwork Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising Handle all banking and cash deposits – must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives Be willing to take on anything the store needs – including cross‑training and stepping in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary Other duties as assigned Qualifications Open availability with the ability to work any shift as needed, especially to cover unexpected call‑outs Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for bank deposits) Retail or food management experience preferred Willingness to lead by example in all aspects of store operations, including cleaning, upselling, and frontline service Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness Minimum age requirement: 18+ in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO; 21+ in all other states Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check In Tennessee, must complete Topshelf Manager Training Exempt store managers are required to work a minimum of 52 hours a week Certification: Must have, or be able to obtain, a Food Safety Certification Benefits Competitive Salary reflecting leadership skills Performance‑Based Bonuses directly translating to extra earnings Weekly Pay – reliable every Friday 401(k) – invest in your future on Day 1 Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay – recharge and enjoy key holidays with peace of mind Career Advancement – take on a leadership role that builds your skills and opens doors for the future Pay Rate: Up to $54,711 to $66,711 per year $1,500 sign‑on bonus – paid after 6 months in position If you're ready to lead a team towards success and be part of our exciting growth journey, we'd love to hear from you.
