- $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience
- Prepare daily bank deposits and cash reports (able to drive to the bank to drop off deposits and pick up change orders)
- Maintain an effective cash management and forecasting system
- Assist with petty cash tracking and reconciliation
- Help maintain accurate manufacturer accounts, including warranty
- Assist with month-end closing processes and accounting reports
- Support preparation for annual audits and reviews
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and financial procedures
- Assist with collecting updated CRT-61 and W-9 forms from vendors on file
- Monitor factory incentives and enter manufacturer invoices and POs
- Support account approvals and collections on past-due accounts
- Stock in all new vehicle purchases and create deal jackets and tags
- Create deal jackets and tags for all used vehicles
- At least 1 year of Office Administration experience in a dealership is required.
- License and Title experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to cross train in all other areas of the Office as needed
- Comfortable working with and learning various auto software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
