Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in automotive engineering, electrification, product development, mobility technology, consulting, or related leadership roles.Deep expertise in:EV charging technologiesElectrified powertrain systemsVehicle architectureProduct developmentTechnology commercializationStrategic planningDemonstrated experience leading product strategy and technology roadmap development.Strong understanding of OEM and Tier 1 supplier business models and product development processes.Proven success leading VAVE or required.Preferred QualificationsMBA or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, Technology Management, or related discipline.Experience supporting both OEM and Tier 1 automotive suppliers.Background in electric vehicle charging infrastructure and charging ecosystem development.Experience with battery systems, power electronics, propulsion controls, or energy management systems.Experience within
