Job Summary Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Care CenterFull Time | 72 hours/payNight Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)Newark, DE**The successful candidate may be eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 2 years.ChristianaCare is seeking a part time RN to work in our Pediatric Care Center located at our Women's & Children's building on our Newark Campus. Our Pediatric Care Center is a total of 14-beds with a mix of emergency and general pediatric acute care beds. The Pediatric Care Center RN will gain experience caring for children under the age of 18 with a variety of diagnoses like RSV, sepsis, asthma, broken bones, GI illnesses, head or body injuries, high fever and infections, abdominal pain and more.Learn more about our newly built 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Pediatric Care Center here. Education and Experience Requirements: BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire Two years of Acute Care RN experience strongly preferred Pediatric, pediatric emergency, emergency department or critical care experience strongly preferred. Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware BLS Certification required; ACLS & PALS preferred. Hourly Pay Range Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
