What You’ll Do Operate and monitor production equipment across processes such as drying, freezing, grinding, sifting, and packaging while maintaining safety and efficiency. Set up, assemble, disassemble, clean, and sanitize equipment and work areas between production runs. Load, unload, transfer, and transport materials and finished products throughout the production process. Perform quality checks, including Critical Control Point (CCP) verifications, and identify and escalate product or process issues. Follow all safety protocols, including PPE and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, and participate in safety meetings and training. Support team operations by communicating effectively, assisting with training, and preparing for upcoming production needs. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED required. At least six months of production experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Basic reading, writing, and math skills, with the ability to accurately track counts, weights, and inventory. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive and accountable approach. Forklift experience preferred, and basic computer or ERP system familiarity is a plus. What You Can Look Forward To A full-time overnight schedule of Monday through Friday, 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with some Saturdays as needed. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
