The City of Gresham is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst to lead talent acquisition and partner with directors, managers, and unions to attract and hire top public service talent. You will drive recruitment strategy with an equity lens and mentor a small HR team, leveraging NEOGOV and compliant processes.
