Talent Acquisition Advisor

Job Description The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for planning and executing recruiting activities for manufacturing professionals at our Portland, Oregon bakery. The successful candidate will lead sourcing and recruitment efforts, build relationships with Hiring Managers, define sourcing strategies, and ensure compliance with EEOC requirements. How You Will Contribute The function of this role is to identify qualified candidates and manage the recruitment process from position opening through offer acceptance and onboarding. This person will develop and execute integrated recruitment solutions using direct sourcing, social networking, industry networking, employee referrals, internet sourcing, minority and trade job fairs, targeted advertising, college and community outreach. The recruiter will manage internal and external job posting procedures, accurately capture applicant flow, and leverage WorkDay to maintain consistent and compliant recruitment records. What You Will Bring Minimum of four years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial recruiting. Proficiency with web‑based recruiting tools, including WorkDay, social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems, and the ability to market positions to target qualified candidates. Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint (or similar). Ability to source passive candidates through cold calling and phone relationship building. Proven record in a centralized, high‑volume, online recruiting function is preferred. Experience building strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR partners to understand needs and execute work. Strong process management, detail orientation, and time‑management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload demands. Educational Requirements High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Benefits The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815, based on experience, skills, education, and location. The role is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program and may earn overachievement bonuses.
