Executive Assistant to the CEO

The Role We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage shifting priorities, and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information. You’ll manage emails, schedule meetings, coordinate the CEO’s calendar, and assist with both professional and personal logistics. Flexibility is key, as the workload and schedule may vary. The role is hybrid with occasional travel. What you’ll do: Manage and prioritize the CEO's email inbox and communications Coordinate and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones Organize business travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries Support the CEO with follow-ups, reminders, and action tracking Assist with preparation of presentations, documents, and reports Provide administrative support for meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Requirements Proven experience supporting senior management or executives in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure Flexibility in work hours to accommodate shifting schedules and travel needs Must pass drug screening and background check Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to obtain a passport for travel Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available) Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field; experience supporting C-level executives in a hybrid environment About PITCO Engineering PITCO Engineering is an industrial automation engineering firm on one mission: make automation work for every manufacturer — not just the largest.
