Assembler - Solar Panel Structures
? Location: McHard Rd., Houston, TX 77053

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Assemblers to join our production team. Associates will assemble solar panel mounting structures using hand tools and power tools in an outdoor work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble solar panel support structures according to specifications
Use hand tools and power tools to secure bolts, nuts, and components
Follow work instructions and safety procedures
Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production goals

Requirements:

Previous assembly, construction, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Ability to work outdoors for the entire shift
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Strong attention to detail and safety

Work Environment:

Outdoor work setting under covered structures similar to a carport
Standing and working with tools throughout the shift
Water is permitted at the workstation
30-minute lunch break provided

This is a great opportunity for candidates with assembly, construction, manufacturing, or general labor experience who enjoy hands-on work.
