Administrative Business Partner, Cloud AI

Driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area. Experience in administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.). Strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events, with minimal guidance.
• Prepare meetings for the executive or team.
• Execute expense management activities.
• Assess and advocate for office space needs.
• Plan and organize internal and external programs and events and manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
• Complete travel coordination tasks with minimal guidance.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $96000 - $137000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
