Your Daily Impact (Key Responsibilities):

As a Quality Inspector, you are the last line of defense ensuring only perfect products reach the consumer:

• Precision Inspection: Follow detailed, step-by-step job work instructions precisely to inspect or assemble manufactured parts.
• Defect Containment: Identify, segregate, and contain any non-conforming or defective products found during the sorting process.
• Data Documentation: Accurately record production data and complete mandatory traceability or verification records precisely.
• Continuous Training: Participate in specialized training loops for every new assembly job and process revision to keep your skills sharp.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Core Skills: Strong visual acuity (sharp eyesight), manual dexterity, and hand-eye speed.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, strong basic counting skills, and a commitment to quality.
• Technical Basics: Must be able to read, write, fully understand work instructions, and follow layout directions precisely. (Familiarity with measuring gages is a plus!).
• Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
• Experience: No experience required! A background in warehouse, production line, or sorting work is a plus, but we will completely train the right candidates.

Physical Stamina & Safety Environment:

• This is a physically active, fast-paced shop floor role. Candidates must be comfortable standing for the duration of the shift and performing light lifting.
• Safety gear (PPE) is strictly required on the floor. Depending on the station, protocols cover eye safety, hearing protection in loud areas, electrical safety, and handling non-hazardous chemical components.
