Social Media Manager/Director

Resource & Network Building: Oversee global media partnerships across key platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram); construct a scalable global media matrix and cultivate long-term strategic relationships. Negotiation & Execution: Lead commercial negotiations on rates, benefits, and partnership structures; ensure compliance, high ROI, and smooth campaign delivery while resolving operational bottlenecks. Market & Strategic Insights: Analyze overseas media trends, policy updates, and competitive landscapes to draft high-impact media strategies that drive brand awareness and conversion. Team Leadership: Build and mentor the global BD/Media team, setting clear KPIs, driving execution standards, and providing continuous professional development. Budget & ROI Management: Establish annual media budgets, manage resource allocation, track campaign ROI, and lead regular reviews to optimize spend efficiency. Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure aligned media support for core business objectives. Key Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in overseas media BD/buying, plus 3+ years of team management experience; expert-level knowledge of major social media ecosystems (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram). Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation skills, strong resource integration ability, acute cost-consciousness, and experience closing major high-value deals. Mindset: Strategic thinker with keen market intuition and agility in fast-changing international environments. Languages & Industry Background: Professional English fluency (written and oral) for international stakeholder management; strong grasp of cross-border e-commerce or global business logic preferred.
