Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to comprehensively understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources available for their recovery.

• Deliver individualized, family-oriented, and group therapy sessions employing recognized evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Formulate and implement tailored treatment plans that set specific, measurable goals and interventions personalized to each client's situation.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and additional healthcare providers to coordinate effective, holistic care strategies.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans to ensure clients' immediate safety and long-term wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in alignment with professional, ethical, and legal standards—ensuring compliance in all aspects of practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, supplemented by a sign-on bonus and performance incentives.
