This remote position allows our LCSWs to work flexibly while remaining an integral part of the treatment team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family counseling utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess and formulate robust individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and circumstances.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services to assess risk and ensure client safety, facilitating referrals to additional support systems as needed.

• Document patient progress accurately and comprehensively while adhering to HIPAA regulations and the highest ethical standards.

• Participate actively in virtual staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision sessions to share insights and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support adults undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders. Clients may also present with co-occurring mental health issues, creating a complex layer of needs. Your ability to understand the multifaceted challenges faced by these individuals will play a key role in fostering their recovery and improving their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, ideally within an outpatient or substance abuse treatment context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
