2027 Future Talent Program - Bioanalytical Sciences - Intern

A 10-12 week summer internship in bioanalytical sciences within the R&D division, focused on developing a Design of Experiments framework for streamlined bioanalytical method development. The intern will analyze assay data, support tool development, and contribute to standardized workflows for robust assay optimization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze experimental and operational bioanalytical datasets using Design of Experiments principles
- Support development of automated tools for data review, visualization, and reporting workflows
- Assist with assay performance investigations and conduct trend analyses on key parameters
- Prepare technical summaries and presentations documenting project findings and recommendations
Requirements
- Current full-time PhD student in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related life science field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA and enrolled full-time in Fall semester after internship completion
- Basic laboratory skills and hands-on research experience with ligand binding assays
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as Minitab or STAT 360
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within team environments
