Key Responsibilities: Assist in executing performance marketing campaigns across paid media, email, and website promotions Support updates and edits to the Shopify website, including product pages, landing pages, and promotional banners Help manage and coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns on echelonfit.com Work closely with creative and marketing teams to update digital assets and landing pages Monitor website content to ensure promotions, messaging, and pricing are accurate and aligned with brand standards Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking, and data organization Support A/B testing initiatives to improve website conversion rates and user experience Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and eCommerce teams on campaign execution Contribute to maintaining a cohesive, premium brand presence across all digital channels Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce Basic understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing and customer acquisition funnels Experience working with Shopify (product updates, page edits, promotions) Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience : Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing Experience working with consumer, fitness, or wellness brands Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Shopify reporting Eye for design and understanding of premium/luxury brand presentation What We Offer : Opportunity to contribute to a fast‑growing, premium brand in the connected fitness space Hands‑on experience in performance marketing, eCommerce, and digital growth strategy Exposure to high‑impact campaigns and product launches Collaborative, high‑performance work environment Competitive compensation based on experience Why Join Echelon : Work with one of the fastest‑growing brands in connected fitness Gain hands‑on experience in performance marketing and eCommerce growth Collaborate closely with senior marketing leadership Be part of a company launching innovative fitness technology on a global scale #J-18808-Ljbffr Echelon
