Role Description

This full-time hybrid role, based in Gulfport, MS, with some flexibility for remote work, is for a Vice President of Restaurant Operations. The VP will oversee daily operations, enhance customer service performance, manage profit and loss (P&L), and lead strategic initiatives. Other responsibilities include collaborating across teams, implementing operational improvements, leading projects, and ensuring sustained business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management and P&L Management to drive efficiency and financial performance
• Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Project Management for driving business initiatives
• Proven ability to lead and enhance Customer Service operations to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus
• Experience within the restaurant industry is required, preferably in fast food
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site presence with remote responsibilities, with the ability to travel to markets outside of Mississippi 30% of the time
