Sr. Electrical Engineering Manager : Pulsed Field Intravascular Ablation

Our client is developing the next generation of pulsed field ablation technology, and we are looking for a Senior Manager of Electrical Engineering to lead the hardware development of our PFA intravascular device and power station. This is a hands‑on leadership role for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of deep technical contribution and team development. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Engineering and own the electrical architecture of a novel high‑voltage pulse power system in a regulated medical device environment. What You Will Own End-to-end electrical design and development of a PFA generator and intravascular device system Design control and configuration control processes across the electrical engineering workstream Technical leadership and mentorship of a small, high-caliber electrical engineering team IEC 60601 compliance strategy and execution across the product development lifecycle Cross‑functional collaboration with mechanical, software, and clinical teams toward design verification and regulatory submission What We Are Looking For Proven experience designing electrical systems for Class II or Class III medical devices Deep fluency in IEC 60601 standards, particularly 60601-2-2, 60601-2-27, and 60601-2-53 Background in high‑voltage or pulse power circuit design Strong design control and configuration management experience in an FDA‑regulated environment The ability to be both a strong individual contributor and a clear, decisive team leader Direct pulsed field ablation development experience Familiarity with conductive hydrogels in medical device applications Prior work on cardiac ablation or electrophysiology platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr The Mullings Group
