What You'll Do
- Support M&A-related data and integration projects
- Optimize firmwide workflow and ensure a seamless process
- Support work assignment, capacity planning, and prioritization
- Own operational reporting, dashboards, and EOS scorecards ("truth teller")
- Analyze data related to workflow, capacity, and client engagements
- Lead Lean Six Sigma process improvement initiatives
- Manage cross-functional operational and technology projects
- Support software implementations, training, and adoption
- Partner with IT and internal teams on systems, data, and AI initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data, reporting, and dashboard experience
- Software and IT engagement experience
- Lean Six Sigma background or openness to using Six Sigma tools
- Project management experience
- Leadership presence with ability to influence without authority
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Professional services experience strongly preferred
- EOS®, Lean, or Six Sigma exposure a plus
Salary Range
$90,000 to $120,000 (depends on experience, credentials, and qualifications)
