Apogee Services Inc.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives, with a strong emphasis on ERP systems, business transformation, and strategic programs. This role is responsible for driving successful project execution while partnering with business and IT leaders to maximize the value of enterprise and business segment applications, improve business processes, and enable scalable growth.In addition to delivery leadership, this role contributes to the maturity of project and portfolio management practices across enterprise IT, helping to advance consistency, governance, and delivery effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryLead end-to-end delivery of ERP and core business application initiatives within business segmentsDefine project scope, timelines, budgets, and measurable business outcomes in partnership with stakeholdersCoordinate cross-functional teams across business segments, ERP functional areas and technical teamsManage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery and adoption with minimal business disruptionEnsure alignment with organizational governance, change management, and release processesDrive successful transition from project delivery to business adoption and value realizationCollaboration and CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including IT leadership, business partners, and IT TeamsProvide clear and consistent communication on project status, risks, milestones and outcomesTranslate technical details into business-relevant insights to support decision-makingFacilitate alignment across teams and manage stakeholder expectationPMO and Continuous ImprovementContribute to the advancement of IT project management practices, standards, and toolsSupport improvements in project intake, prioritization framework, governance, and reportingPromote consistency, transparency, and accountability in project and program executionShare lessons learned and support continuous improvement across strategic initiativesMentorship and Team SupportMentor and support project managers, technical leads, and business analysts as neededReinforce strong planning, execution, and communication practicesContribute to building a high-performing delivery cultureEducation & ExperienceRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of IT project management experience delivering complex technology initiativesDemonstrated experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or major core business application initiatives within specific business segmentsStrong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, or supply chain, and how they are enabled by ERP systemsExperience managing or contributing to project portfolios, prioritization, or strategic planningProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authorityExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsPreferred:PMP or equivalent certificationPMP or equivalent certificationExperience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)Experience with business transformation, change management, or digital transformation initiativesExperience with Agile or hybrid delivery approachesExperience supporting governance, portfolio management, or PMO functionsFamiliarity with change management tools and/or methodologiesWork EnvironmentThis position operates in a hybrid work environment, with a combination of on-site office presence and remote work. The role involves primarily sedentary work, with extended periods of sitting and frequent use of computers and standard office equipment.
