Special Care Nursery Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated Special Care Nursery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in a Special Care Nursery, with a focus on collaboration and clinical excellence.ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care to patients in the Special Care Nursery.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Participate in patient and family education regarding care plans and health management.Document patient progress and interventions accurately in electronic health records.Float to the main NICU to care for low acuity patients as needed.QualificationsActive RN license in Hawaii.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Special Care Nursery (Level 2).Current certifications in AHA BLS and AAP NRP Advanced Provider.Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Requirements for OnboardingProof of immunizations, including MMR, influenza, varicella, hepatitis B, Tdap, and recent TB test.Completed drug screen and criminal background check.Two professional references.Resume and education verification.If you meet the qualifications and are passionate about providing excellent patient care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
