Sales Operations Coordinator

What You'll Bring:

Associate's degree in sales, business, or related field

3-5 years of experience in customer service

General Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and working knowledge of CRM systems

Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.

What you'll do:

Primary Objective of Position: Assist the customer's sales team with accurate entry of proposals and quotes, and assist the project management team in coordinating order installations that exceed customer delivery expectations

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

2. Sales Support
   1. Aid the customer's sales team with preparing pricing, proposals, and responses by:
      1. Preparing quotes (gather costs)
      2. Review service orders for completeness and accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction
      3. Providing quality assurance for product and pricing mechanisms
   2. Review the existing sales order entry processes and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency while improving the overall customer experience
3. Order Installations
   1. Complete construction and customer enrichment input, and ensure the timely kickoff of support processes for orders
   2. Map the critical path of the service order and document supporting steps needed to assure a well-coordinated, high-quality installation
4. Customer Enrichment
   1. Carry out the provisioning portion of the service order project for installations, including but not limited to:
      1. entering customer information
      2. services ordered
      3. service address
      4. charges for services
      5. Send billing/close-out acknowledgment to customers.
   2. Ensure billing and plant systems and records are updated, and coordinate with the appropriate team to make changes
   3. Stay current on Presales and Order Management workflows in IT systems

Location: Hybrid; at home and reporting to either Perham, MN or New Hope, MN.

Pay: $55,000- $60,000
