Pay & Benefits Career advancement opportunities Cross-training and skill development Stable company with a strong history of job stability Modern, newly built fabrication facility Supportive, team-oriented work environment Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel materials ranging from 7 gauge to 1/4 inch Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and weld callouts Complete production welding assignments while maintaining quality standards Grind, deburr, and finish welded components Cut, prepare, organize, and stage materials for fabrication projects Operate grinders, cutting tools, and fabrication equipment Use tape measures and shop math to verify dimensions and fit-up Assist with fabrication and shop support tasks as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace Follow all company quality and safety procedures Qualifications At least 1 year of MIG welding experience or a welding-related degree Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Experience welding mild steel and/or stainless steel Strong measuring skills with the ability to use tape measures accurately Ability to perform grinding, cutting, and finishing operations Stable work history and strong attendance record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us? Apply Today Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Apple Valley, MN. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $33.00/hr.
