Lead Mental Health Aide: Clinical Care & Crisis Support
Universal Hospital Services Inc.
Universal Hospital Services Inc. seeks a Lead Mental Health Associates Aide to support direct patient care under the supervision of the clinical team. You will help record vital signs, assist with assessments, document health data, and run therapeutic group sessions in a safe, therapeutic milieu. The role includes crisis intervention, Q15 observation rounds, and adherence to ethical guidelines to ensure resident safety.
