Role Overview

We’re expanding our network of Independent Career Coaches to support professionals with career transitions, interview prep, and strategic positioning.

This role is perfect for experienced coaches who want scale, flexibility, and impact .

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 career coaching sessions
Support resume, LinkedIn, and interview strategy
Help candidates interpret Employability Scores and role matches
Track outcomes and candidate progress

Qualifications

Proven experience in career coaching, recruiting, or leadership development
Strong communication and coaching skills
Experience with professionals in competitive fields preferred
Independent advisor mindset
