About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead its global marketing strategy and brand evolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, including brand positioning, demand generation, product marketing, and go-to-market strategy. This role demands a high-energy, hands-on executive with a proven track record in a VP-level marketing position, particularly within the realms of AI, data, and enterprise technology. The VP of Marketing will be tasked with leading a company-wide rebranding initiative, building and executing various marketing programs, and establishing clear metrics to measure the impact of marketing activities on the business. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing role at the company should have a strong background in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and account-based marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and educating the market about new or complex technologies, as well as a history of generating significant enterprise pipeline. Strong leadership, communication, and executive-influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to work closely with the CEO and executive team. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to connect marketing efforts directly to business outcomes and a willingness to be a hands-on leader in a fast-paced, evolving organization. Experience in logistics, supply chain, retail technology, IoT, or related industries is preferred, along with a background in marketing to global enterprises and scaling a marketing organization through growth stages.
