About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, GTM & Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for its resident experience and fintech business. This executive will be at the forefront of brand positioning, customer adoption, and organizational change management, ensuring that new products, partnerships, and AI capabilities are successfully integrated into the market. The role involves leading a diverse team that includes product marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, corporate communications, sales enablement, and change management, and requires close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders. Candidates for the VP, GTM & Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of leadership experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, technology, or digital products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and organizational change management, with a strong focus on driving customer adoption and engagement. Key responsibilities include leading enterprise product marketing, designing change management strategies, and creating programs for customer education and onboarding. The role demands exceptional leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build and lead a high-performing marketing and change management organization. Success will be measured by product launch success, customer engagement, marketing-generated pipeline, and various other performance metrics.
