About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to provide strategic leadership and optimize the customer experience, revenue, profit margin, and market share. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining a high-performing sales, marketing, design studio, and closing services team. This role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, overseeing the development of sales and marketing initiatives, and maintaining a strong focus on the customer. The Vice President will also be involved in community marketing, budgeting, and analyzing results to enhance the division's marketing strategy. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales and Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a focus on sales, marketing, general business, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the home building industry. The role requires a candidate with a solid understanding of sales, design studio, closing services, and marketing programs, as well as experience in business analysis, digital marketing, and CRM systems. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to inspire and motivate a team. The Vice President will be expected to have a deep knowledge of the homebuilding industry and the ability to design and execute community marketing plans that drive customer traffic.
