Receive and perform daily assignments from supervisor(s), discuss and determines best course of action to accomplish work in an effective and efficient manner. 2. Assign and perform preventative maintenance activities including but not be limited to: inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, adjusting and replacing belts, filters, pulleys, drain pains, and water-treatment chemicals as well as work to ensure maximum operating capacities of exhaust fans and drinking fountains. 3. Provide job-related instructions and ongoing training to preventative maintenance helper to advance knowledge and skills/pp4. Inspect and confirm that all assignments are completed before leaving job sites. 5. Observe and coordinate most preventative maintenance work in conjunction with seasonal changes to provide the most effective system improvements and enhancements. 6. Identify and alert Preventative Maintenance Lead of needed materials, supplies, and equipment (scaffolding, lifts, etc.) for scheduled preventative maintenance./ph4Records and Reports/h4p7. Maintains accurate written records of work performed on HVAC systems to track advanced notices of system falters, failures and frequency of downtimes to adequately project replacement cycles./ph4Other/h4p8. Respond in a timely manner when contacted regarding urgent situations or emergencies (during or outside of normal business hours) 9. Exhibit behavior that is professional, ethical, and responsible; and serve as role model for staff and public. 10. Perform other duties as assigned./ph4Safety/h4p11.
