Assistant Office Manager

Requirements Certificates and/or Licenses: Valid driver\'s license required if operating a personal or District vehicle for business purposes Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing administrative tasks Ability to lift, carry, or move office supplies and equipment up to 25 lbs Frequent walking within the office to support staff, retrieve files, and manage facility needs Manual dexterity to operate computers, printers, copiers, and other office equipment Ability to bend, reach, kneel, or stoop when organizing files, accessing storage areas, or setting up office spaces Clear verbal communication for interacting with staff, vendors, and visitors Visual acuity to read documents, screens, and small print Equipment / Tools Utilized: Office equipment including copy machines, computer, phone, etc. Environmental Conditions While performing the essential responsibilities of this job, the employee may experience the following environmental conditions at the frequency indicated: Noise Conditions: exposed to noise consistent with a standard office environment Office Equipment Exposure: Atmospheric Exposures: Typical office environment conditions Flexible scheduling NOTE: Irvin Water District No. 6 retains the discretion to add to or change the duties of this position at any time, including assigning other duties as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Washington Association of Sewer and Water Districts
