Hotel Front Desk Attendant

Description We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities Answer queries regarding the hotel’s services, charges, dining facilities, sports facilities, and travel directions Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address and resolve guest concerns promptly. Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups Operate the hotel switchboard, answer inquiries, and transfer calls as needed. Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift Qualifications Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
