This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service. Responsibilities Assist clients in completing loan applications. Evaluate loan applications and financial information. Provide guidance on loan products and services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Collaborate with senior loan officers to ensure a smooth loan process. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Preferred Skills Previous experience in a customer service role. Familiarity with loan processing software.
