Two Weeks of Paid Training | Full-Time Benefits | Career Growth About The Role You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly from check-in to check-out while supporting patients with scheduling, payments, insurance questions, communication, and administrative needs. We hire for personality, attitude, and the desire to help people. Key Responsibilities Greet patients, complete check-in, and coordinate appointments Provide a warm, professional patient experience Explain insurance benefits, EOBs, and out-of-pocket costs Collect payments and maintain accurate patient information Answer calls and manage messages, emails, texts, and faxes Assist with patient rooming and assigned clinical support duties Complete cash reconciliation, End-of-Day records, and bank deposits Assist with inventory and keep supplies, snacks, and supplements stocked Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk Support the clinic team with administrative tasks as needed Follow HIPAA, safety standards, and company policies What We're Looking For We’re looking for someone with great people skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Friendly, approachable, and enjoys helping people Positive and energetic in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skillsOrganized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing billing, insurance, and payments Comfortable using computers and electronic systems Able to multitask and work well as part of a team Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Healthcare, medical office, or customer service experience preferred Basic computer skills required; EHR experience is a plus Successful completion of a criminal background check Clinic Hours Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Saturday Availability Saturday Availability: Approximatel y 2–3 Saturdays per month. Employees are expected to arrive approximately 15 minutes before their scheduled shift and record all time worked.
