Bilingual PreLitigation Secretary

Overview Law Firm seeks an experienced pre-litigation personal injury legal assistant. Responsibilities Opening files Drafting demands Negotiating medical bills and liens Speaking with insurance adjusters and clients Qualifications Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and handle a heavy caseload Time Matters experience is a plus, but not required Must be organized with strong written and verbal communication skills Typing skills, self-starter, professional, highly motivated and fast learner Pre-litigation experience preferred Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Additional Information Looking for someone who is willing to grow in the position, has a positive attitude, can work independently and as part of a team.
