CNC Programming VerifierAccuracy – Analysis - AssuranceDo you thrive on precision and catching what others might overlook? Are you driven by accuracy and take pride in getting it right the first time?WALCO Tool & Engineering is seeking a CNC Programming Verifier to support our high-precision manufacturing team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality by verifying CNC programs and collaborating with machinists and engineers in a respectful, team-focused environment where craftsmanship still matters.What You'll Do:Use CAD software to verify CNC machine codeAnalyze detailed engineering drawings for design elementsReview standardized programming documentation based on blueprint specifications and routing sheetsCreate and evaluate solid models of partsAssess electronic data for accuracy, completeness and potential issuesCollaborate with machinists and engineers to optimize performance and qualityWhat We're Looking for:2+ years of relevant experienceStrong knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling applicationsSolidWorks experience preferredProficiency in blueprint readingFamiliarity with G-code is a plusVericut experience a plusStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPrior machining experience is a plusWhy WALCO?Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for overtimeFull benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, STD, LTDPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysTuition AssistanceStable, team-oriented environment built on integrity and craftsmanshipClimate -controlled facilityCompensation and schedule:$25-27 per hour, based on experience6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
