Background:

We are looking for a Senior Data Migration & Transformation Consultant to be the hands on Alteryx Subject Matter Expert in a complex data migration program driving billions in active recurring revenue.

The project involves extracting property/leasing data from the Legacy ERP and transforming it into scalable subscription data models within Oracle Fusion Subscription Management .

The primary challenge of this role is functional data engineering: translating real estate leasing structures (with diverse localized/geographic rules) into standardized, mid-lifecycle subscription records in Oracle without disrupting billing schedules or revenue recognition.

You will be using Alteryx as the primary engine to design, optimize, and automate these multi-layered, high-volume transformation pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Mid-Lifecycle Data Engineering: Architect Alteryx pipelines that map active, mid-lifecycle Legacy ERP leases into Oracle Subscriptions. Workflows must accurately calculate and balance historical "already billed" revenue against remaining downstream contract values.
• Geographic & Regional Data Standardization: Design automated logic within Alteryx to handle distinct data variations, currency conversions, and tax implications across multiple global regions.
• Complex Data Mapping (Lease-to-Subscription): Translate Legacy ERP lease components (e.g., base rent, escalations, CAM charges, recovery structures) into Oracle Fusion Subscription products, pricing tiers, and billing schedules.
• High-Volume Alteryx Optimization: Build and optimize high-throughput Alteryx workflows (leveraging batch/iterative macros, in-DB processing, or chained apps) capable of handling massive transactional datasets with optimal performance.
• Automated Reconciliation Frameworks: Develop robust data quality and audit workflows in Alteryx that provide cell-level validation and tie back to the penny before pushing to Oracle FBDI (File-Based Data Import) formats.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the strategic bridge between Finance/Accounting teams (who understand the revenue impact) and technical teams executing the final load.

Required Experience & Technical Skills

• Lead Migration Experience: 7+ years of experience managing complex data migrations for large enterprise systems, specifically involving billions in revenue impact.
• Advanced Alteryx Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with Alteryx Designer. Must be highly skilled in building dynamic, reusable macros and handling massive volume optimizations.
• Leasing Data Familiarity: Strong understanding of Leasing business models and ERPs and their core data schemas, leasing modules, and financial tables is highly preferred.
• Oracle Fusion Subscription Knowledge: Basic experience with, or functional understanding of, Oracle Cloud/Fusion Subscription Management or Cloud Contracts modules.
  • Note in this Alteryx role, you will have access to a team member that has deep Oracle Fusion Subscription Management experience
• Subscription Mechanics Fluency: Deep understanding of recurring revenue lifecycles, billing frequency alignment, co-terming, and mid-term amendments.
• Core Technical Base: Expert SQL skills for complex querying, data profiling, and deep source-to-target mapping analysis.
