If you answered YES, then this is the job for you. We are in search of a Heavy Equipment Operator / Yard Laborer to join our O’Fallon, MO location on 1st shift (Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm). The main focus of the position involves material handling and supporting production operations with the use of a Bobcat and Telehandler.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport materials within the yard.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Assist with material preparation, cutting, grinding, and staging for production.
• Operate basic hand tools (chop-saw and screw gun).
• Material handling with use of a Bobcat/Telehandler.
• Assist with the organization and storage of materials in the yard or warehouse, ensuring efficient use of space and accessibility.
• Ensure the work area remains clean and organized.
• Work closely with other team members to coordinate the movement of materials and meet production schedules.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting.
• 1+ years’ experience operating a Bobcat/Telehandler.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, how to use a tape measure and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
